CURRENTLY ENROLLING Cytology Laboratories with Image-assisted Screening Devices!

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and ASCT Services, Inc. are looking for cytology laboratories that use computer-assisted screening devices (Hologic and/or Becton-Dickinson) to participate in a time measure study to be conducted between November 2014 and June 2015.  We are looking to enroll 100 cytotechnologists in this study.  This is a unique opportunity for cytotechnologists to provide data that will be used by CMS, FDA, and CDC to evaluate current workload maximums for screening using a imaging device.

If you took the Cytology Workload Practices survey in March 2014, the time measure study is a continuation of this two-part study.  If you are interested in participating or learning more, please send an email to Timemeasure@asctservices.com.  We look forward to hearing from you!

Frequently asked questions about the time measure study can be found on the ASCT Services, Inc. website.

This study is supported by a contract (200-2013-57614) funded by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention/Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry.
